The Greek Printmaker\u2019s Association informs you about the programme of activities at the\u0395\u039a\u03a4\u03bf\u03a3 art space. The programme is presented below. Entry is free. Requires reservation of place by email to: ektos@haraktes.gr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both the talks and workshops will be in Greek. Participation at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> Michaelis Adamis<\/strong> (silk-screen artist) Saturday 23\/09\/2023, 12.00 midday<\/strong>. Presentation \u2018The history of silk-screen printing\u2019<\/strong>. Video screening on the theme of silk-screen printing. Discussion and informative session to follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.\u00a0Argyri Vasilakou<\/strong> (artist\/printmaker) Friday 29\/09\/2023, 18.30 pm<\/strong>. Presentation of \u2018The artist\u2019s book\u2019.<\/strong> Video screening, discussion and informative session.\u00a0Saturday 30\/09\/2023, 12.00 midday<\/strong>. Creative workshop,<\/strong> stitching an artist\u2019s book.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Panos Pristouris<\/strong> (artist\/printmaker). Workshop: \u2018Woodcut for adults\u2019<\/strong>. Saturday 21\/10\/2023, 12.00 midday<\/strong>.  (In case places are full the presentation will be repeated Saturday 4\/11\/2023, 12.00 -14.00 pm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Dina Kostiou <\/strong>(Professor at Athens School of Fine Art) Saturday 18\/11\/2023 12.00 midday<\/strong>. Lecture \u2018 The history of lithography\u2019<\/strong>. Projection, informative session and discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Vanta Mavroeidi<\/strong> (artist\/printmaker) Saturday 2\/12\/2023, 12.00 midday<\/strong>. Presentation: \u2018Transforming positive to negative\u2019<\/strong>. Transformation using the technique of engraving cinematic film. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.Sophie Papadopoulou <\/strong>(Assistant professor at Western Macedonia School of Fine Arts) Saturday 9\/12\/2023, 12.00 midday. Talk: \u2018Printmaking and new technologies<\/strong>\u2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Valentini Mavrodoglou<\/strong> (artist\/printmaker) Saturday 16\/12\/2023, 12.00 midday. Workshop: \u2018Lino print on fabric\u2019.<\/strong> (adults and children)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
